solid stay near westfield
good locationquiet roomadjustable temperature
this hotel location works fine. westfield shopping centre is just a walk away. my room was a good size and the temperature was easy to adjust. it was very quiet here.
the hot water in my room stopped working one night.

our studio garden view was nice and quiet. it was great to have a kitchenette for simple meals. the location was also convenient with easy access to nearby shops and transport.
the customer service felt a bit impersonal at times. the housekeeping wasn't as thorough as i expected with some areas overlooked. the hot and cold water ran opposite to the hot and cold signs.

The air conditioning DIDN'T work and the place was REALLY dirty. bed covers had dirty spots, like blood. they brought us a small air conditioner as compensation, but it also DIDN'T work. the staff are liars. They CLAIMED to work to solve the problem, but did nothing.

The location was excellent. It was right opposite westfield shopping centre. a park located in front of the hotel was beneficial, particularly for families with children. i found several restaurants nearby, including halal options. the room included a kitchenette, a stovetop, and a microwave.
i found the room we paid for was not the one provided. it lacked enough beds. there was no bedding.

The staff was kind and helpful. the birthday surprise in the room was thoughtful and much appreciated. We loved it. the apartment was spacious and the bathroom was spacious.
i think the rooms could be a little cleaner personally and noise control. building work had started on the monday morning, which obviously can't be helped.
